Each year, Kingston Design Showhouse participants get numerous benefits during their involvement in the Showhouse. This includes:

- Photographs of all interior and exterior spaces by a published photographer. Participants receive a set of images of their work with full marketing rights to use for their PR needs
- Inclusion of participant contact information in Showhouse printed guidebook for attendees and on the Kingston Design Connection website
- Numerous posts, from August through October each year, of participants and their work on Kingston Design Connection social media (more than 12K followers)

- Opportunities to meet press, design professionals and potential clients at Showhouse special events during the month of October
- Regional and national press, including Chronogram, Upstate House and Hudson Valley Magazine. Since 2018, the Showhouse has also been published each year in Architectural Digest and House Beautiful

After the Showhouse, participants have continued to see benefits from their involvement. This includes:

- Participants joining forces and developing new businesses

- Participants hiring each other (e.g., designers and contractors) and sourcing more from local makers and vendors

- Participants creating new products together (e.g., interior designer and maker)

- Participants hired by visiting Showhouse guests
