The 2022 Kingston Design Showhouse brought together 13 designers and over 180 local makers and businesses to create indoor and outdoor spaces.

An avid supporter of the arts, MJ works with boutique brokerage Country House Realty, assisting buyers and sellers across four counties. She is based in Kingston where she is a Top Producer in the local board of REALTORS, surpassing $10M in annual sales for the past 3 years. MJ’s background in architecture, design, and construction is informed by an aptitude for art history & theory. Because of this fluency, MJ finds that she often “clicks” with clients who are artists and makers—and she particularly enjoys helping creatives find their perfect live/work/create spaces! Dedicated to giving back to the creative community that help make the Hudson Valley & Catskills so vibrant, MJ is pleased to be supporting the Kingston Design Connection’s Showhouse for the third year running.

Kingston Design Showhouse 2021
The 2021 Kingston Design Showhouse partnered with the Kingston City Land Bank to create affordable housing for first time homeowners. The house was later sold significantly below market value.

Kingston Design Showhouse 2020
The 2020 showhouse opened safely to the public with controlled, timed tours. Almost 185 participants came together to produce the third annual showhouse, with over 350 attendees.

Kingston Design Showhouse 2019
The second annual showhouse in 2019 brought together 17 interior designers and over 180 makers, artists and tradespeople across the Hudson Valley. Over 1,000 guests visited the 2019 showhouse.

Kingston Design Showhouse 2018
Kingston Design Connection hosted its first design showhouse in October 2018. It included 10 interior designers and over 100 Hudson Valley makers and local design/build companies. Over 450 guests visited the inaugural showhouse.
